Queen Amid Ashes is the second novella in the Sun Eater series by Christopher Ruocchio. It follows Hadrian Marlowe behind enemy lines as he reckons with the atrocities of the War. It was first released by Highmatter Books on April 14, 2020. The events of Queen Amid Ashes are preceded by Howling Dark and followed by Tales of the Sun Eater, Volume 1 and Demon in White.

Synopsis
Though the battle to save her planet is over, the war never ends.
