Jari is an Exalted, colloquially known as The Oracle.

Appearance and Personality
More machine than man, Jari resembles a broken statue. Limbs largely replaced with wires and metal, hoses for nutrient delivery and waste removal feed into his body below a dark human face with a bright red laser positioned in the center of his forehead. Blood long since replaced with a white fluid, what flesh remains is ashen in color. He speaks through his mouth with a hunan voice.
Jari is enigmatic and speaks cryptically.
