The Jaddian flagship. A colossal warship and mobile palace that serves as the command center for the Jaddian armada under ADMIRAL VELKAN SERPICO. Features an opulent, courtly interior, including wine-dark tufted leather walls, gilded fixtures, velvet-cushioned gondolas, and thick carpets. It also serves as a mobile royal residence for PRINCE KAIM DU OTRANTO, his concubines, and a full retinue of aryabite officers and mamluk clone soldiers. The ship boasts a tram system along its spine, expansive halls adorned with gold, and audience chambers floored in polished black onyx. The Mnemon led the Jaddian intervention during the Battle of Ganelon in ISD 17131 and the Battle of Perfugium in ISD 17136.

While physical descriptions of the exterior of the ship have not yet been discovered in Lord Marlowe's account, the reader should note the general distinction between Sollan and Jaddian naval design.

Beyond the windows of the tower, the air hummed with the noise of repulsors. Lin’s landing ships had come, and not just Lin’s. Amid the black and gold knife-shapes of the Imperial shuttles and landing craft, I spied the chromed and graceful fish-shapes of other vessels, the rigging of their solar sails like bony fins in the sun.

Artaxerxes II (flourished late 5th and early 4th centuries bc) was an Achaemenid king of Persia who reigned during the late 5th and early 4th centuries BC. He was the son and successor of Darius II and was surnamed (in Greek) Mnemon, meaning “the mindful.” (Source).
