The Archons of Meidua Prefecture

Between the time of its formal constitution in ISD 7583 and the birth of Lord Hadrian, Meidua Prefecture had thirty-two landed archons. The position is heritable because of House Marlowe’s status as a member of the Peerage and its enrollment in the Cinnabarad. The family may not be stripped of its titles without the invention of either the Chantry’s Inquisition or the Emperor himself.
